**IT BUSINESS PARTNER**
**Job description**:
- Evaluate and assess emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities to enhance the IT strategy and improve business value
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and ensure that the IT strategy supports those requirements.
- Propose the right technologies, capabilities at the right time, to satisfy customers' changing needs and preferences.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Co-developing IDS Strategies and Application Roadmaps for Subsea GBU
- Location: Tech Center, Ilha do Fundão, RJ
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Excellent awareness of IT market & emerging technologies
- Experience in developing stratgies and roadmaps
- Change management facilitation and ability to guide and influence acceptance of new processes and use of technology
- Ability to balance user, stakeholder and technical needs within demanding timelines
- Excellent business analytical skills
- Knowledge of Subsea industry and products
- Fluent Portuguese and English
