Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part‑Time, Room to Grow into Head of Marketing) Join Go Running Tours as a Growth Marketer. This part‑time role is focused on driving B2C and B2B marketing activities for a rapidly growing global running company. The role offers the opportunity to grow into a Head of Marketing position. Overview As the Growth Marketer you will own email marketing, newsletter, digital advertising, case studies, sponsorships, and new channel exploration. You will work closely with founders and a remote, global team to research, test and scale initiatives across markets and channels. Responsibilities Develop, optimize and track email marketing flows and newsletters. Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms, analyzing performance and scaling what works. Research new channels, technologies, and trends to identify growth opportunities. Create case studies, sponsorship proposals and pitch bold ideas to attract new runners and corporate clients. Analyze data and adjust strategies to improve key metrics. Collaborate with the team via Slack and brief weekly meetings. Qualifications Strong analytical and structured mindset with creativity for copy and campaign design. Experience in B2C/B2B marketing, preferably in travel or events. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and paid media tools. Detail‑oriented, fast mover, collaborator, and execution‑focused. Self‑motivated to work remotely with minimal meetings. Compensation & Work Hours USD 1,400 per month. 25 hours per week (part‑time). Managed via Upwork. Opportunity to grow with the company.
