Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Officer to manage the full life-cycle of regulatory affairs, including product registration, dossier submission, and coordination of field and lab trials for a wide portfolio of products. The successful candidate will lead activities related to product registration and regulatory compliance across multiple regions, oversee field trial operations, prepare and submit registration dossiers, represent the company in regulatory committees, support patent submissions, and ensure progress and compliance of all registration projects. About This Role This is a dynamic international role within a growing agrochemical sector. The employer offers full visa sponsorship and relocation support for the right candidate. Your Profile You must have a Master's degree or higher in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline. A minimum of 8 years' experience in regulatory affairs for pesticides, particularly in Latin America and Africa, is required. At least 3 years' experience working with GLP and non-GLP laboratories is necessary. You should possess strong analytical skills and a methodical, accurate working style. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Spanish, Indian, or Chinese is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office tools is necessary. About The Employer The employer is a growing agrochemical company based in the Netherlands. Key Responsibilities Product Registration: You will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of product registration, including dossier submission and coordination of field and lab trials. Regulatory Compliance: You will lead activities related to regulatory compliance across multiple regions. Field Trial Operations: You will oversee field trial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Registration Dossier Preparation: You will prepare and submit registration dossiers for product registration. Regulatory Committees: You will represent the company in regulatory committees and engage with relevant stakeholders. Requirements: Education: Master's degree or higher in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline. Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in regulatory affairs for pesticides, particularly in Latin America and Africa. Skills: Strong analytical skills, methodical and accurate working style, excellent project management and communication skills, fluency in English (written and spoken), proficiency with MS Office tools.
