1. Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage a team responsible for attend customers in all Latin America region.
**As our new Head of Customer Success, you’ll**:
- Strive to continually improve the overall experience for our customers;
- Understand customer’s objectives and how they translate to outcomes;
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
- Partner with the customer to advise on best practices;
- Provide excellent customer experience to Sinch’ customers;
- Structuring and improving the Customer Success area at Sinch;
**Requirements**:
- Who are you?
You are a relationship person and you have a collaborative mindset. You are a proven team player and like to work closely with cross-functional colleagues as well as external partners.
2. In order to contribute to this role, you have
- 3 years of experience managing or leading teams in Customer Success area
- Experience from a Tech or a SaaS company
- Experience working with CRM solutions as Salesforce
- Data analysis to take a data driven approach to influencing and guiding customers and day to day decisions
- Ability to collaborate and be an effective team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently
3. Big Plus
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently is a Big Plus
