This hybrid position is based in Florianópolis and requires daily English communication.
Responsibilities- Support hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative processes.
- Communicate with clients and team members as needed to understand business needs.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.

- Contract type: Contractor (PJ)
- Compensation: R$2.5K with potential to increase to R$5K after 6 months
- Work with international clients and standards
- Potential to move between teams and grow into leadership roles
