We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities

Engage in hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Communicate with clients when needed and support a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrate autonomy and responsibility while solving problems and supporting business needs.

QualificationsMust-haves
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree
