We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring and talent acquisition activities with a focus on people operations and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders as needed to align HR processes with business needs.
  • Operate with autonomy, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, international environment and participate in team discussions.
QualificationsMust-haves
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree

Compensation and Benefits
  • Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation — R$2.5K, with possibility of increasing to R$5K after 6 months
