Location Sao Paulo Business Area Sales and Client Service Ref # Overview The Analytics and Sales program is a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of Bloomberg products and clients in the context of financial markets. After completing the training program, you will apply your knowledge by assisting our clients in the Analytics department. Responsibilities Provide support for Bloomberg Professional Service users worldwide and across multiple industries in the Analytics business. Respond to client inquiries via the Instant Bloomberg chat system, delivering fast and accurate solutions and helping clients maximize the value of Bloomberg's products. Educate clients on new products and enhancements, upskill them through technology, and deliver on-site training and seminars. Collaborate with Sales to deliver strategic initiatives, support product roll-out, and onboard clients. Support the client relationship lifecycle by ensuring clients are using tools and features effectively to work smarter. In time, transition into Sales, where you will manage client relationships with a consultative and entrepreneurial approach to grow revenue. What’s in it for you? Who you are You understand market-moving drivers and are a solution-finder with a passion for exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Minimum qualifications Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish Bachelor’s degree earned prior to starting Graduated between 2021 and December 2025 Able to begin full-time in January 2026 Additional qualifications Demonstrated interest in financial markets and the financial services industry Strong multitasking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Aspiring for a client-facing career focused on relationship management and sales Interest in innovative technologies and their workflow impact Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Legal authorization to work full-time in Brazil and no visa sponsorship required now or in the future Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs Preferred experience Practical exposure to Python or other coding languages Experience in client relationship management Beginner to intermediate Excel and/or VBA skills If this sounds like you Apply if you think we’re a good match.
