We seek a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will serve as a qualitative partner to our Sales Operations team, focusing on empowering our sales force through comprehensive training and onboarding initiatives. This role requires an advanced understanding of the sales processes within the SaaS and enterprise product sectors.
Responsibilities
Design and implement robust training programs tailored to different sales channels, ensuring sales teams possess the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
Lead onboarding for new sales team members, equipping them with the tools and information needed for a seamless transition and swift productivity.
To support various sales strategies, create and maintain engaging sales enablement content, including presentations, playbooks, and case studies.
Partner with the Sales Operations team to align sales enablement initiatives with overall sales strategies and operational metrics.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales training programs and utilize feedback to drive continuous improvement.
To enhance training relevance and maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Provide necessary training and support to ensure the efficient use of sales tools and platforms, such as Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Qualifications (must have)
Proven experience in a sales enablement or related role, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise product sector;
Ability to analyze sales performance data and translate insights into actionable training strategies;
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems to facilitate sales processes and reporting;
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments, especially with Sales Operations and Product Management teams;
Skilled in adult learning principles and methodologies, with a track record of developing successful training programs;
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and tailor enablement strategies to meet evolving business needs;
Advanced English / Native Portuguese (Spanish will be a plus).
