We are seeking a seasoned Compliance & Banking Partnerships professional to lead our regulatory strategy in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Regulatory Frameworks: Drive the implementation of our VASPs license application and enhance Conduit's regulatory position in Brazil.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our Chief Banking Officer and Brazil team to align strategic objectives and operational execution.
  • Enhance Compliance Capabilities: Leverage AML, crypto, and compliance expertise to support our products, operations, and processes.
  • Balance Execution and Strategy: Manage day-to-day compliance and operations while driving strategic responsibility for licensing and regulatory relationships.
  • Grow Strategic Partnerships: Support and expand banking partnerships across Brazil.
Requirements:
  • A Strong Background in AML/Compliance—preferably in payments, fintech, crypto, or banking.
  • Demonstrated Experience Working with Regulators and Banks in Brazil.
  • Ability to Operate Effectively at Both Managerial/Strategic and Hands-on Levels.
  • Deep Understanding of Crypto Regulations and Market Practices in Brazil.
  • Resourceful, Proactive, and Excited to Thrive in a Global, Fast-moving Environment.
