As a Regulatory Specialist, will play a key role not only in handling complex regulatory analyses but also in designing the business model in collaboration with the product team, ensuring innovation with security and compliance.

You will also be responsible for:

• Become a Master of the Payments Ecosystem: You won\'t just interpret regulations; you will master them. Become our go-to expert on cutting-edge topics like Pix, Open Finance, eFX, and the fraud prevention strategies that are defining the market.
• Turn Regulatory Theory into Business Strategy: Go beyond mere analysis. Your talent will be to translate dense regulatory texts into practical, actionable solutions that drive the EBANX business model forward, finding opportunities where others only see roadblocks.
• Be the Strategic Partner to Innovation: You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Product and Business teams. From the whiteboard to the launch, you will be the legal architect ensuring our products are not only compliant but brilliantly designed within the Central Bank\'s framework.
• Act as Our Strategic Radar: You will stay ahead of the curve by monitoring every regulatory move. Your role won\'t be just to report on changes, but to decipher their strategic impact and guide the company to anticipate what\'s next.
• Build Bridges with Regulators: You won\'t just draft documents; you will shape our institutional voice. You will help build our relationship with the Central Bank, preparing opinions and participating in technical meetings that position EBANX as a thought leader in the industry.
• Influence Critical, High-Stakes Decisions: Your analysis and opinions won\'t just sit in a file. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and your insights will guide the strategic decisions that shape the future of EBANX.

Main requirements for this position:

• Bachelor\'s degree completed at least 10 years ago (Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields).
• Proven experience in the regulatory area of payment services, working within a Payment Institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil.
• Deep knowledge of Pix, Open Finance, and eFX regulations.
• Ability to conduct complex regulatory analyses and connect them to the business.
• Collaborative, strategic, and solutions-oriented profile.

What would be a plus?

• Experience in fintechs or technology-driven innovation companies in the financial sector.
• Direct interaction experience with the Central Bank of Brazil.
• Advanced English to engage with international stakeholders.
