Ai engineer

Develops and implements AI solutions by adapting and optimizing existing models to solve complex problems, using techniques such as prompt engineering, RAGs, agent development, and fine-tuning. Contributes to the design and architecture of AI systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, including APIs and ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain APIs for accessing and managing data and AI models.
• Monitor and optimize ETL pipelines and AI infrastructure both in the cloud and on-premises.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for AI applications and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Document the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI solutions.
• Implement testing and validation for AI models and solutions.

Basic Requirements:

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Solid programming experience (Python is essential) and knowledge of other relevant languages.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
• Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Experience in API development and maintenance.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of data processing in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Bachelors degree in IT (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields).

Differentials:

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD for AI/ML (MLOps).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in the AI field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with agents and MCP.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
