AI Innovation Engineer

Create and implement cutting-edge AI solutions by refining existing models to solve complex problems using techniques such as prompt engineering, RAGs, agent development, and fine-tuning. Ensure scalability and efficiency of AI systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, including APIs and data pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for accessing and managing data and AI models.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and AI infrastructure both in the cloud and on-premises.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for AI applications and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Document the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI solutions.
  • Implement testing and validation for AI models and solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Solid programming experience (Python is essential) and knowledge of other relevant languages.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
  • Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
  • Experience in API development and maintenance.
  • Experience with data pipeline tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of data processing in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields).
Differentiators:
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD for AI/ML (MLOps).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or publications in the AI field.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Experience with agents and MCP.
  • Experience working in Linux environments.
  • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
