We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. Responsibilities Support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems and tools. Design, implement, and manage our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. Proactively troubleshoot, using the terminal, and make macOS work in the enterprise. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the experience of tech onboarding of all new employees and tech retrieval of all outgoing employees. Build and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge. Support and manage SaaS applications such as Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc. Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools – MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc. Improve IDP and SSO tools and automate busywork. Handle critical incidents, respond to tickets, and prioritize Jira tasks. Work on projects over sprints, detail your work in Jira, and align with team and company goals. Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Strong scripting skills in bash, zsh, python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki. Experience integrating SSO into Okta, creating workflows in Okta, working with APIs. Remote support experience across multiple countries and time zones; shipping & receiving hardware and customs. Excellent communication skills and written proficiency in tickets, email, and Slack. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and OSI model troubleshooting. Strong organizational and task‑management skills; ability to self‑manage and scope projects. Must be able to work in a fast‑growing, security‑first environment. Nice to have: AWS familiarity; GAM and command‑line interfaces; Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications. Benefits Competitive PTO package. Shared equity; ownership in the company.
