Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full‑time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud‑based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security‑first, environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is also passionate about helping end users who need help. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud‑first infrastructure and networks. You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, be adaptable to the ever‑changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment, and be a highly motivated, dependable technologist who shares our passion. You will work closely with your Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. The role reports to the Director of IT. About The Role You will be customer‑facing, and the first line of support; you own support and are passionate about providing an outstanding support experience to our employees via Slack, Jira, etc. You are a pro at troubleshooting, using the terminal, and making macOS work in the enterprise. Responsibilities include: procuring and delivering technology equipment; owning the experience of tech onboarding for all new employees and tech retrieval for all outgoing employees; designing, testing, building, and documenting programs and policies and tools; supporting and managing SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.; managing Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools – MDM, EMM, Jamf; contributing to improvements on IDP and SSO tools and detailing solutions, crafting help articles, and automating busywork; managing, responding to, and fixing critical incidents and issues; juggling help‑desk tickets and effectively prioritising them; working on projects over sprints; setting and working to own objectives and key results with minimal direction; and aligning them to the team and company goals. What You Bring To LEDN 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc. Ability to utilise open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Experience integrating SSO into Okta, creating workflows in Okta, working with APIs, and integrating systems. Remote support experience across multiple time zones, familiar with shipping/receiving hardware/customs. Excellent communication skills across all media; clear, friendly, concise writing. A desire to provide a magical experience for others and take security seriously (knowledge of PGP). Understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and troubleshooting OSI model layers. Strong organisational and task‑management skills; ability to self‑manage, scope projects, and collaborate across functions. Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS. Experience with GAM and command‑line interfaces for efficient workflows. Certifications: Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace.
