**We help the world run better****Duties and Responsibilities**The NDL oversees, is the main responsible and work as a project manager for the success of internal SAP Ariba teams working with suppliers, such as: Catalog specialist, onboarding specialists, Seller Integration, Education specialists, customer support and customer executives.Has an end to end view in procurement, from sourcing to payment processes.Accountable for structuring projects to meet customer goals and objectives.Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations for customers to detail expectations, risks, possibilities, project plans, results, etc.Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics, including cost, quality, cycle-time and customer satisfaction. Ensures that all reports and systems are current.Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills and is seen internally as a leader within the role.**Minimum Qualifications**- 7 years of Procurement Experience, from Sourcing to pay.- 7 years of SAP Enterprise Business Applications Experience- Project Management Experience- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.- Be able to execute presentations in English, Spanish and Portuguese.Experience managing multiple projects at once- Understanding of key operational business metrics- Must be able to travel up to 20%**Preferred Experience and Knowledge**- Experience in supplier segmentation, spend analyses, supply chain categories.- Experience with customer management (internal & external)- Experience in building both internal and external customer/team member relationships- PMP Certification- SAP Procurement solution/product knowledge (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur)- E-commerce/Marketplace background**We build breakthroughs together****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
