Project & Network Enablement Jr Manager

As a** Project & Network Enablement Jr Manager **you will be responsible for driving growth by leveraging the network, effectively setting projects for success, and developing the needed Strategy capabilities.

**What You’ll Do for Us**

**Network Enablement**:

- Enabling and leveraging connections to create opportunities for accelerating the network, collaboration, learning loop and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement and facilitate the efficient and effective business operation.
- Lean Portfolio Management: Accelerate the strategic initiatives, ensure synergies, resource allocation and decision speed to meet target business.

**Project Enablement**:

- Set-up the project for success by defining clear objectives, planning, prioritizing, and support removing barriers. Guarantee an effective project governance and decision process.
- Communicate between cross functional teams and stakeholders, monitor progress, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a successful outcome.

**Capability Development**:

- Assessing Strategy current capabilities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with Global Capability Program to align capability development strategies with organizational goals.
- Facilitate capabilities adoption and communication to goals achievement.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- 5+ years of Business Experience in Beverage industry:

- Project Management from a business perspctive -** it´s not a technical role**:

- Working with cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders at different levels;
- Strategy deployment;
- Capabilities development.

Functional Skills:

- Communication & Collaboration skills: Communicate and support communication between cross-functional teams, contribute to collaborative efforts, creating a more inclusive and productive work environment.
- Leadership skills: guide, influence, and motivate team members, helping them stay on track and focused.
- Project management skills, Agile way of working, and comfortable with ambiguity and changes.
- Capability Skills: Translate Strategy development needs in initiatives under Capability Development Framework and methodologies. Inspire the team to learn, grow and contribute to organizations success.
- Must be fluent in English.
