As a Jr. HR Project Manager you will have the opportunity to participate in / or lead HR projects in Latin America, according to the ABP priorities, and be responsible for supporting People Processes in the respective geography, working closely to the HR Operation Leads and Strategic Business Partners.

In this position, you will support People Processes and Plans mainly for **Brazil **and report directly to the HR Director of South Operations and Latam functions. The role is ideally based in Rio de Janeiro, where we have most of our associate population in Brazil.

**What you’ll do for us**
- Lead the operations of the Future Talent Programs for the region (including Internship, Trainee, and Entry Level Programs). Specifically for Brazil, the HR Project Manager will lead the Young Apprentice Program, the Fresh Minds and the Dream Leaders in Brazil, connecting with the Latam stakeholders.
- Oversee and support the geography in topics such as Employee Relations, Wellbeing, Employee Engagement and Targeted Talent development initiatives
- Execute or support the execution of internal actions and events in the geography, such as office activations, town halls and leaders' meetings, end-year activations, etc.
- Accountable for data support such as running surveys and/or analyzing data from C&E & PE to generate insights.
- Act as local contact in case of associates or stakeholders’ doubts/problem solving/projects that are not directly held by HR Help (such as Workplace concerns, PACS, Contingent Workers, Legal, etc)
- Partner with the Diversity and Inclusion community to promote actions focused on raising awareness and create a safety environment for the associates. In Brazil specifically, partner with the DE&I Sr Manager for Brazil to support specific DE&I local initiatives.
- Partner with Transformation & Culture COE in the development and implementation of actions to support the strategy in the cultural transformation for the geography. (ad-hoc).
- Collaborate with the HR communications plan: HR Newsletter, Organizational announcements, and Brazil region ad-hoc comms. (ad-hoc).
- Support SBPs to execute the Performance Differentiation, PDFs, Succession Plan, talent segmentation, among other people processes for the geography, as needed (ad-hoc).
- Partner with the other LATAM HR PMs to consolidate data from our practices and reach alignments across LATAM, as well as share initiatives and exchange best practices.
- Develop, lead, participate in HR Projects according to ABP priorities (ad-hoc).

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelors' Degree
- 3+ years, preferably of Human Resources experience, in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Manage diverse and multiple stakeholders in a network organization.
- Understand, balance and prioritize internal projects.
- Project management (structure, communications, analysis, etc)
- Data, digital and analytical skills
- Languages: Portuguese speaker; working knowledge of English; working knowledge of Spanish is not needed but desirable
