The main purpose of this position is:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources.
- Maintain and develop HR strategy by cooperating with Leadership team in Brazil and with the Global Head of HR.
- Operate within company policy as stated in Quality Management System.
- Training and development to the workforce.
- Development and start up of new projects demanded by the Global and/or Local team.
- Supporting the Managing Director on strategic initiatives and projects.

**Requirements**:

- Educational level at Master level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral English.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relations.
- Proven operational and strategic ability.
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor law.
- Independent and able to set priorities
- Strong IT skills and understanding of technology
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Trustworthy and able to keep confidentiality
- Attention to details
- Previous experience from HR management, preferably from the maritime segment.
