We are looking for **HR Manager Brazil**:
- Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro/RJ
**KEY POSITION**
This position provide a broad range of support to colleagues by partinering with HR as well as the employees and managers to provide consultation and support in processes related with employee relations. The position serves as primary contact to adress inquires for colleagues on a day to day basis for HR operations, which include administration of incidences for payroll, administrative processes of hire and terminations, polices administration and support the implamentation of the HR programs.
**Administration**:
- Management of documentation to create employee files.
**Guidance for colleagues**:
- Acts as liaison between colleagues and management to adress questions or concerns regarding day to day employee's inquiries ensuring a high-quality level of services to colleagues.
**Communications**:
- Point of contact for communications ensuring proping distribution and understanding of company's communications.
**REQUIRIMENTS**
3 years of experience in similar positions;
Good administrator with multitask ability to meet fast deadlines;
Solid computer skills: Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams;
Good understanding of legislation;
Analytical skills;
Experience with some HRIS system: Sucess Factor knowledge is and advantage;
Customer service os a priority;
Trusted advisor;
Bachelor's degree;
Mater's degree is an advantage;
Advanced English (both oral and written)
