**Main Responsabilities**:
Execute the spend analysis by sub-category and analyze the spending forecast, for possible consolidation and synergies of spend. Identify and bring savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
Ensure Market Analysis for the most critical sub-categories, guaranteeing the updating of market drivers and price trends.
Guarantee the process of supplier engagement and selection;
Manage the Direct Materials Standard Costs preparation;
Manage the Supplier's Portfolio consistently between Supplier Criticality, Sourcing Strategy, and Risk Analysis and manage properly the Strategic Suppliers fostering partnership relationships;
Define and monitor KPIs in order to analyze results, define and share corrective actions, and keep track of buying performance.
Define, share, negotiate, evaluate and renew Supply Agreements, leveraging on company volumes and guaranteeing the respect of Procurement, Legal and Sustainability guidelines;
Manage and follow up on industrial purchase orders.
**Requirements**:
Academic degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or other;
Experience Procurement for raw materials;
Availability to work face-to-face 3 times a week;
Fluent English;
Availability for international travel.
