Email Marketing Manager The role requires a detail-oriented individual with an optimistic attitude and the ability to wear multiple hats. You will be responsible for multi-channel performance-based marketing, focusing on strategic execution and domain expertise. As a member of our team, you will lead and optimize outbound campaigns, delivering results at scale. You should have experience personalizing and scaling customer-facing communications using marketing automation, qualitative and quantitative insights, and iterative experimentation. Responsibilities: Build and manage automated email campaigns and workflows. Develop impactful communication campaigns informed by test-and-learn approaches and rigorous analysis. Define consumer profiles and plan data collection and segmentation. Plan project roadmaps and communication calendars, launch direct response campaigns, and manage tracking infrastructure. Implement A/B split testing to maximize user engagement and customer acquisition. Collaborate with other channel owners for consistent messaging. Be the liaison with CRM teams. Own social media management via HubSpot. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience. 3+ years of CRM and marketing automation tool usage (HubSpot preferred). Strong analytical skills and passion for experimentation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing business needs. Bachelor's degree in business or associated studies. C1 English proficiency level.
