The Production Manager at Radici Plastics Ltda will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all stages of the production process, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. The candidate will lead teams and promote continuous improvement, reporting directly to the Industrial Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate production activities across all shifts, ensuring targets are met.
  • Monitor shift handovers to ensure team alignment and continuous operations.
  • Collaborate with HSE department to implement safety protocols.
  • Prepare and update production reports and KPIs (e.g., OEE).
  • Plan and execute production schedules in coordination with PPC department.
  • Monitor KPIs such as efficiency, scrap rate, and productivity, promoting improvements.
  • Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a results-oriented environment.
  • Ensure implementation of quality tools like APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, and 5S.
  • Work closely with quality, maintenance, and PPC departments for process integration.
  • Participate in budget management, controlling costs and optimizing resources.
  • Maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP ERP systems (PP and MM modules).
Experience
  • Solid experience as a production leader or manager in polymer processing or related industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing industrial processes and capacity.
  • Experience in team management and applying quality methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tracking production performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications.
  • Basic understanding of costs, budgeting, and waste analysis.
