Job Title: Senior Manager Tissue Operations
Job Description:Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical company developing innovative cancer treatments. They are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the onboarding and performance of Apheresis and Treatment Centres used for Clinical Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and foster relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab, and Treatment Centre staff.
- Work with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish the apheresis collection footprint.
- Coordinate with internal teams and collection site staff to ensure successful onboarding activities.
- Communicate collection site onboarding status and develop mitigation plans for delayed timelines.
- Perform technical site assessments and train collection center staff.
- Manage rollout of process changes to assigned sites.
- Experience in Apheresis Operations Management, QA Operations, GMP production, or other relevant areas.
- Breadth of experience in regulated environments and understanding of HTA requirements.
- Experience working in Apheresis, Cellular Therapy, or Stem Cell Transplant programs.
- Advanced degree in related science or nursing.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
