Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Finance and accounting roles experience- MBA, or CPA- Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients- Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan- Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)- Experience with accounting closing process, including preparing and reviewing reconciliations
