Overview Apply for the Tech PMO S4/O9 - BR role at Mondelēz International . Responsibilities Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodology and tools. Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalations. Provide project reporting and status updates via scorecards, status reports, monthly review meetings, and stakeholder meetings. Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization. Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness to go live. Own the relationship with external vendors, including quality assurance throughout project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in project management methodology. Excellent communication skills and ability to drive discussions from tactical execution to steering committee level. Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of delivery. Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions. Stakeholder management and influence skills. Experience building effective teams across internal and external partners. Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills. Experience with ERP projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, O9) and PMO establishment. Leadership and resource management experience. Agile/Scrum familiarity. Job Details Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term). Business Capability: Project and Program Management.
