Overview Área e especialização profissional: Administração - Administração Geral Nível hierárquico: Analista Lugar de trabalho: Curitiba, PR Regime de contratação de tipo Efetivo – CLT Jornada Período Integral Requirements Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field Fluency in Portuguese and English Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or a similar role, preferably within an S&OP environment Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Operations teams A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment Activities Demand Forecasting & Planning: Lead the development of accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights. Ensure forecasts are aligned with business objectives and product availability to optimize customer satisfaction and inventory levels Sales Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to understand upcoming customer demand, legal transportation requests, and new product launches. Provide the team with data-driven insights and demand trends to help them meet their goals, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize sales strategies Dealer Network Support: Provide comprehensive support to the dealer network, ensuring all necessary assistance is given to facilitate business operations, address inquiries, and maintain strong communication channels between the company and dealerships Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and information flow across all areas impacting demand and supply Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed demand planning analyses, track key performance indicators, and generate reports to support decision-making Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in demand planning and dealer support activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
