- Take ownership of local HR administration tasks, including tracking employee records, preparing HR reports, and maintaining compliance with local labor regulations.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR teammates to align hiring needs with business goals.
- Represent the company externally at events to promote employer branding.
- Provide operational support for day-to-day HR activities.
- Coordinate job posting and provide support in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Final-year student of a relevant faculty (e.g., HR, Law, Psychology, Economics or related field).
- Strong interest in HR, recruiting, and working with people.
- Organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) or willingness to learn.
- Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to the team.
