Job Summary
The Associate Product Operations Analyst will support Paycor and its customers by providing product insights and building in-app messaging crucial for our client lifecycle. The Associate Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for the data analysis, tool ownership, administration, and prioritization of all in-app communications living within our analytics and guidance platform. The Associate Product Operations Analyst will assist our Product & Engineering team by tracking user behavior and product usage on Paycor software and be accountable for providing updates to leadership and product management. This role will be crucial in the planning, execution, and optimization of in-app messaging to meet objectives and help our customers navigate the product. This role will need to be highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to self-manage projects and work cross-functionally.
Essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Retrieve relevant data and artefacts on user and product usage to help the Product & Engineering team communicate progress towards business objectives.
- Build, launch and optimize guides (in-app messaging) to our customer/associate base.
- Be a trusted advisor to our product managers across all solution areas.
- Provide leadership and collaboration to functional managers within Product & Engineering organization to adopt and champion our analytics and guidance platform, Pendo
- Day-to-day project management activities of your work to execute consistently, on time, with high quality and results.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to enable the product organization to make insightful data-driven decisions about its strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product on the alignment of priorities and execute on them accordingly.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems/Information Systems preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a software environment;1-2+ years of experience in a business analyst position or similar.
- Master at Microsoft Office and utilizing business intelligence tools.
- Comfortability with technical aspects of front-end web experience (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and willingness to pivot and learn new technical skills.
- Pendo or other analytics and guidance software (Smartlook, Heap, FullStory, Mixpanel) experience is a plus.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and action items.
- Strong organizational, communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple complex projects and capable of conforming to shifting priorities and resolving prioritization conflicts.
