How you'll add value

Duties and Cor Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Product Catalogue information to help ensure accurate pricing and billing of products.
- Serve as internal SME and provide guidance on best practices, using domain knowledge and prior experience
- Drive optimal solutions and demonstrate proactive initiative by identifying potential areas of improvement and proposing projects aimed at optimizing business operations
- Maintain proper system access for user roles ensuring compliance with the segregation of duties
- Responsible for the change management and release process of Zuora Billing, Concur and NetSuite
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and report out new developments regarding system functionality, customization, and integration
- Act as control owner and perform quarterly reviews to help ensure access and changes to Finance systems are appropriate

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related program
- 3+ years of experience with Zuora Billing administration and configuration, including 3rd party integrations in complex environments.
- Experience supporting Zuora Billing modules: Customers, Product Catalog. Subscriptions, Billing & Invoice, Payments and Taxes
- Knowledge of the billing cycle, including invoicing, invoice templates, payment and payment gateway configuration. Revenue recognition, financial reporting and integration into the ERP system
- Understand payment gateways, country specific requirements, refund, chargeback, cancellation and network tokenization
- Experience working in Zuora sandbox, including deployment across multiple environments.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail to ensure documentation supporting compliance requirements is complete and accurate

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
