**Contracts Analyst**
**Introduction to the Job**
We are looking for a **Contracts Analyst** who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro.
**Job description**
- Review, draft, negotiate and manage contractual terms and conditions;
- Ensure proper and consistent management of contracts during their execution;
- Assist Subsea Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) in addressing contractual issues related to subcontractors or prime suppliers, with a particular focus on ensuring the flow of Customer contract terms to subcontractors and providing assistance in negotiating subcontracts/PO and approving any eventual deviations.
- Location: Eco Sapucai - Rio de Janeiro
**You are meant for this job if**
- Law degree;
- Fluent English
- Experience in analyzing legal aspects and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers for projects, in order to satisfactorily protect contractual and commercial interests in relation to the project in all its activities and transactions, ensuring that all company policies and procedures be fulfilled.
- Experience in the related field
- Desirable experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with customers and suppliers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understand interdisciplinary relationships and requirements
- Ability to provide an open and direct dialogue with stakeholders
