**About the Role**This role combines professional support with a people-focused lifestyle. As the Personal Assistant to a global entrepreneur, you’ll manage both day-to-day tasks and social activities, helping to keep things organized while also creating meaningful experiences. From coordinating schedules and travel to hosting small gatherings or supporting media projects, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring balance between business, personal, and creative commitments.This is a role for someone who is practical and dependable, yet enjoys being social and connecting with others. It’s not a traditional 9-5 job — some days will be about logistics, others about events, and many will involve both. If you are adaptable, enjoy variety, and value being part of something dynamic, this position offers both professional growth and a unique lifestyle.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and bookings- Support content and personal brand activities (coordination with editors, photographers, stylists)- Attend events, dinners, and gatherings alongside the founder, acting as a friendly and professional representative- Help organize social events such as rooftop yoga, dinners, and biweekly gatherings- Build and maintain connections in social settings, extending invitations and following up with contacts- Act as a cultural interpreter and support in international contexts- Coordinate photo shoots and creative media projects- Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and personal requirements- Keep details running smoothly during events (e.g., managing phone or schedules so the founder can stay present)**About You**- Experience working in similar role, 3+ years.- Warm, approachable, and sociable — you naturally put people at ease- Fluent in Portuguese and English- Based in Brazil (São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro)- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail- Comfortable in both professional and social settings- Some background in events, hospitality, media, or personal assistance is a plus- Reliable, discreet, and able to earn trust quickly- Adaptable and comfortable with variety — no two weeks will look the same- Holds a valid passport and is open to international travel (Africa, Europe, Middle East, Americas, Asia)**This Role Offers**- The chance to combine professional coordination with social engagement- Exposure to diverse people, projects, and creative networks in Brazil and abroad- A flexible role that blends structure with variety- Opportunities to learn about personal branding, media, and international networking- A supportive, dynamic environment that values initiative and balancePay: From R$8,000.00 per month
