Responsibilities
  • Conduzir estudos técnicos para apoiar decisões estratégicas de build or buy
  • Propor melhorias de escalabilidade e disponibilidade com foco em redução de custos
  • Acompanhar as principais evoluções tecnológicas e regulatórias para definir estratégias de médio e longo prazo
  • Dirigir fornecedores quanto às adequações e evoluções tecnológicas necessárias
  • Mapear e acompanhar o tratamento de débitos técnicos
  • Participar de Provas de Conceito (PoCs) e processos de avaliação tecnológica (RFPs)
  • Avaliar riscos das plataformas e implementar ações para reduzir impactos
  • Aplicar princípios de arquitetura como design, padronização e documentação
  • Colaborar com outros arquitetos para promover melhores práticas e padrões uniformes
  • Participar e apoiar fóruns técnicos, reviews de incidentes e design, além de fóruns internos de arquitetura
  • Organizar atividades de gestão de conhecimento, treinamentos e processos técnicos
  • Liderar e facilitar discussões técnicas em fóruns e ciclos de arquitetura
Qualifications
  • Conhecimentos gerais em sistemas, algoritmos e infraestrutura
  • Pensamento analítico e foco na resolução de problemas complexos
  • Capacidade de entendimento, síntese e facilitação junto aos times para identificação clara dos problemas
  • Experiência na condução de estudos técnicos para definição de estratégias build or buy
  • Habilidade para mapear débitos técnicos e acompanhar sua evolução
  • Vivência em avaliação de riscos e mitigação em plataformas tecnológicas
  • Conhecimento dos princípios de arquitetura, incluindo design, padronização e documentação
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva, com boa oratória para apresentações a executivos
  • Espírito de equipe e liderança para atuar junto ao time de arquitetura e dados
  • Desejável conhecimento em frameworks como TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL e normas ISO
  • Desejável experiência com métodos ágeis
