- Lead and manage multiple acoustic projects across various market segments
- Conduct acoustical analysis and provide design support for projects
- Write technical reports and convey information clearly
- Coordinate project requirements with internal and external teams
- Participate in business development activities and proposal development
- Four-year degree in a relevant technical field (engineering or science with a specialization in vibration and/or acoustics)
- 6-8 years of professional acoustical consulting experience
- Proven expertise in educational, commercial, and institutional building design and construction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Bluebeam Revu
- Experience in room acoustics, sound isolation, and building systems noise and vibration control
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Suitable home-based work environment for audio and video calls
- Willingness to pursue ongoing professional growth and development of technical skills
