Join us in shaping the future of digital marketing and be part of our extraordinary journey About the Role The SEO Strategist & Client‑Facing Account Manager is responsible for driving exceptional experiences and successful outcomes for our clients in digital marketing. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the role rapidly communicates with clients, addresses and resolves requests, and implements effective SEO strategies. General Responsibilities Leverage technical SEO expertise to deliver outstanding client results using agency solutions. Manage client and vendor relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Lead development, planning, and implementation of technical SEO solutions while maintaining quality control. Strategize content calendars and execute content marketing campaigns to drive engagement and results. Upsell and cross‑sell new products to existing clients while educating them on expected outcomes. Educate clients on digital marketing products and best practices to optimize performance. Identify and resolve discrepancies in content and tags, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in strategies. Use problem‑solving techniques to foster exceptional customer relationships. Guide and develop other team members towards desired outcomes. Prioritize tasks strategically to achieve successful outcomes in digital marketing campaigns. Stay current on marketing trends and industry best practices to enhance strategies and services. Demonstrate humility, hunger to succeed, and competitive research skills to improve processes. Work autonomously and own diverse projects while streamlining processes for productivity. Overall, the SEO Strategist & Client‑Facing Account Manager will play a key role in driving exceptional customer experiences, successful outcomes, and outstanding results for our clients. Position Specifications Full‑time commitment with office hours 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Phoenix, USA Time. Consistently log 140 hours per month. Fixed‑rate monthly salary paid in USD. Contractor status after signing non‑disclosure agreement.
