They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our Client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups in the world. Role Overview Team Function: This position sits within the SEO & GEO team as a key part of the Digital Acquisition & Growth Marketing team. The candidate will focus on GEO (generative engine optimization) and SEO (search engine optimization) strategies to increase Farmers.com visibility across LLM/AI search such as Google AIO, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc. Efforts will cover onsite improvements as well as offsite improvements including obtaining external citations. Responsibilities Actively performs outreach to relevant sites and articulates goals and asks for each project. Executes action plans on deadlines, coordinates with other teams to complete projects, reports on project status, benchmarks, and builds reports. Works on complex projects and delivers results-oriented solutions for organic and AI search. Acts as a project lead on one or more moderately complex to complex projects, or leads one aspect of a complex project. Develops project plans, schedules, and measures project success. Ensures all project summaries, progress reports, and out-of-scope changes are documented and reported within the project schedule. Executes detailed tasks, project deliverables, and schedules throughout project development. Identifies project risks and priority issues.
