RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and execute the S&OP meeting with all stakeholders- Oversee and coordinate all supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, warehousing and distribution.- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure continuous availability of products.- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste.- Ensure all supply chain operations comply with industry regulations and standards.- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain the integrity and safety of products throughout the supply chain.- Oversee the Latin America Supply Chain team in Mexico and Colombia**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.- Large previous experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Solid knowledge of demand planning procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes.- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.- SAP experience- Advanced English- IPSEN is an equal opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful discrimination.
