Your Role As a Senior Front‑End Developer at PALO IT you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and scalable user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high‑performance front‑end applications using React.js and TypeScript. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers using Figma to turn concepts into interactive experiences. Translate product requirements and design mockups into pixel‑perfect, functional interfaces. Write clean, modular, and testable code adhering to best practices. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Optimize front‑end applications for performance, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility. Lead by example in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Engineers. Explore and integrate AI‑augmented tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in daily workflows to increase productivity. Who You Are 5+ years of hands‑on experience building web applications using React.js. Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, including types, generics, and modular design patterns. Strong understanding of front‑end architecture, component‑based design, and performance optimization. Familiarity with Figma and basic design interpretation and implementation. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with remote teams. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Git, code versioning practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Experience with AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot) is a nice‑to‑have. Bonus: Experience with server‑side rendering frameworks (Next.js), testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), or accessibility standards (WCAG).
