Estamos em busca de uma pessoa DevOps Pleno para fortalecer nosso time de engenharia. Esse papel é essencial para a evolução da nossa infraestrutura, automação de processos e garantia da confiabilidade dos sistemas. Buscamos alguém com experiência prática, perfil autônomo e foco em performance, escalabilidade e segurança. Responsabilidades Desenvolver e manter pipelines de CI/CD eficientes e escaláveis Automatizar o provisionamento de infraestrutura (IaC com Terraform, Ansible ou similares) Gerenciar ambientes em nuvem (AWS, GCP ou Azure), priorizando resiliência e segurança Implantar e monitorar aplicações em containers (Docker e Kubernetes) Colaborar com o time de desenvolvimento na implementação de práticas DevSecOps Atuar na identificação e mitigação de gargalos em ambientes produtivos Realizar atendimento de chamados de nível 2 relacionados à nossa solução Qualificações Experiência com sistemas Linux e administração de servidores Domínio prático de containers (Docker) e orquestração com Kubernetes Vivência com cloud pública (preferência para AWS) Conhecimento em ferramentas de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, entre outras) Experiência com práticas de observabilidade (monitoramento, APM, logs e alertas) Habilidades Preferenciais Conhecimento em SRE e métricas de confiabilidade (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs) Experiência com segurança em cloud (IAM, hardening, etc.) Habilidade com linguagens de scripting (Bash, Python, etc.) Trabalho em equipe: Colaboração ativa com outras áreas Proatividade: Iniciativa para propor e implementar melhorias Banco de Talentos - DevOps - Júnior/Pleno | Exclusivo para pessoas negras ou mulheres Especialista de Engenharia de Software - DevOps Engenharia de Software Pleno (DevOps) - Power Apps (AFIRMATIVA PARA MULHERES) Analista de SRE Júnior - Vaga Afirmativa para Mulheres DevOps Engineer (Híbrido - 3x na semana presencial no cliente em SP Capital) #J-18808-Ljbffr
