Aquí encontrarás el espacio ideal para crecer y desarrollar tus habilidades en un ambiente de trabajo que comparte conocimientos y se enfoca en generar impacto y valor para el negocio.¿Qué harás en este rol?Liderar un equipo asegurando la adopción de las mejores prácticas de ingeniería y guiándolo hacia soluciones eficientes e innovadoras.Diseñar e implementar soluciones a gran escala, cumpliendo con los más altos estándares de calidad de la industria.Desafiar el status quo tecnológico, participando en la planificación del roadmap y realizando estimaciones a alto nivel para cumplir con los desafíos del negocio.Ser un modelo a seguir, mentoreando y apoyando el crecimiento del equipo, promoviendo la toma de decisiones y la autonomía.Interactuar con diversos stakeholders para llevar adelante un feature y acompañar al equipo, desde su definición hasta su implementación en producción.ResponsabilidadesLiderar técnica y estratégicamente el desarrollo mobile, asegurando calidad y buenas prácticas Definir y supervisar la arquitectura de las aplicaciones móviles en Android y iOS Coordinar y acompañar al equipo de desarrollo, brindando mentoría y soporte técnico Participar en la toma de decisiones de producto y tecnología Asegurar la integración eficiente con APIs y servicios backend Promover la innovación tecnológica y la mejora continua de procesos Velar por la entrega de productos de alto valor, seguros y escalables Requisitos+6 años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles nativas en iOS y/o Android Experiencia sólida liderando equipos técnicos o como referente tecnológico Habilidades para equilibrar trabajo en código y liderazgo técnico Stack tecnológico: iOS: Swift, SwiftUI / Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose Experiencia en integración con APIs REST Conocimiento sólido de patrones de diseño y arquitectura Experiencia en optimización de performance, escalabilidad y seguridad en entornos mobile Experiencia en metodologías ágiles ¿Qué te ofrecemos?Un entorno colaborativo y estimulante, donde cada persona es valorada y puede aprender de sus compañeros.Proyectos de impacto real, enfocados en innovación, para que puedas desafiar tus propios límites.Oportunidades de crecimiento continuo en un ambiente que te permite experimentar y aprender con tecnologías avanzadas.¿Te gustaría ser parte de redbee?
