Hacemos diferente y estamos en movimientoTenemos una cultura A.C.T.I.VA y nuestro propósito es ayudarte a elegir el mejor camino para que la rompas.¿Qué vas a estar haciendo?Liderar equipos de excelente performance que construyan productos de calidad, agregando valor desde el momento cero.Liderar un equipo multidisciplinario en el proceso de la construcción de productos digitales, desde la concepción hasta la puesta en producción y evolución.Definir y gestionar junto al equipo y a los stakeholders un plan de ejecución ágil del proyecto para cumplir con los objetivos de negocio del producto y visibilizar los avances mediante métricas e informes.¿Qué experiencia y habilidades buscamos que tengas?Background técnico sólido con Java, Kotlin, y experiencia en AWS.Al menos 2 años de experiencia trabajando como Tech Lead o Engineering Manager construyendo equipos de desarrollo de alta perfomance, liderando y mentoreando a las personas.Pasión por construir software.Facilidad para tomar decisiones rápidamente, en un contexto cambiante.Flexibilidad para trabajar en diferentes proyectos y diferentes personas, siempre con foco en generar resultados e impacto.Ser un/a promotor/a de buenas prácticas de ingeniería, implementando delivery continuo y velando por reducir la deuda técnica.Experiencia brindando y recibiendo feedback, utilizándolo como una herramienta de crecimiento tanto propio como para el equipo.¿Quiénes somos?Somos redbee, una empresa que aporta innovación con tecnología.Nuestra esencia es transformar clientes, industrias, metodologías y personas.
