Job Description We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance. The individual will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders. Process layout and optimization is a key area for this role. What You Will Do In This Role Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans; Review and analyze operational and renewal data. Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making; Participate in regional process improvement initiatives; Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations; Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization – we’re a global company after all. Qualifications What makes you a strong fit: Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Marketing; Extensive usage of HubSpot; Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies; English proficiency – you\'ll use it daily; Experience working in agile environments. It’s even better if you... Have experience in tech companies/startups (especially SaaS B2B for SMBs); Possess strong SQL skills; Have interacted with Salesforce; Reside in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro. Additional Information Our working hours are from Monday to Friday , from 9 am to 6 pm.
