Position Overview:

The Application Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and compliance of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities include providing Level 2/3 support for various applications, troubleshooting incidents, monitoring application health and integrations, supporting end users across multiple countries and languages, maintaining documentation and audit trails, participating in system upgrades and deployments, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

  • Experience in supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing, quality, EHS or IoT environments is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of LIMS, SAP, EHS/ESG platforms, IoT data collection, and access control systems are also required.
  • Additional qualifications include experience with SQL, Windows, Azure, and integration platforms, as well as proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese language.

Preferred Qualifications include experience with cloud-based solutions, real-time production monitoring, and multilingual support capabilities.
