We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Product Training & Support Manager, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Senior Director Product Strategy & Operations, you will be supporting our Product & Regional Marketing team by delivering product training, trouble shooting our platform, and supporting the regional marketing manager in aligning product value to local marketing message. As an integral part of our team, you will be actively collaborating with members of the Product & Technology team as well as other verticals in the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conducts internal and external trainings to existing clients, and internal teams, using strong soft skills to engage the audience.
- Serve as point of contact for Regional Marketing Manager. Collaborating with them to assist in developing local marketing messages and value of our platform.
- Identify KPIs and monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness;
- Design, develop, and deliver curricula, documentation and other training collateral to support knowledge sharing programs;
- Serve as point of contact for all product training and documentation needs;
- Work with development team on a daily basis to discuss any issues/new enhancements/bugs in the product he/she is assigned to.
- Promptly replies to tickets submitted to the CRM regarding product usage.
- Identify training tools, using state of the art technology, to deliver training to a remote population on an ongoing and sustainable basis;
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, leading, and organizing employee technical product learning programs and supporting collateral;
- Creating (or identifying the need for creating) supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.);
**About You**
- Experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting aggressive timelines;
- 4+ years of relevant work experience;
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in INSERT LOCAL LANGUAGE and English;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage changing business requirements, projects, and resources, adapting accordingly and positively;
- BA/BS degree required; MS/MBA preferred;
- Ability to simplify technical or complex information and tasks into friendly, simple language.
