About Our Accounting Services We specialize in delivering financial solutions across various industries. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals who strive to achieve exceptional results and foster long-term relationships with clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with strong process enhancement and implementation skills to join our remote team. Process Accounts Payable & Receivable: Invoicing, payment application, and transaction reconciliation must be accurate and efficient. Perform Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Weekly soft reconciliations and monthly hard reconciliations ensure accurate coding and transaction matching. Month-End Workbooks: Prepare and reconcile schedules for accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets. Financial Reporting: Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using TGG templates. Requirements 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience with month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Accounting or Finance degree preferred. Strong proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP) and Excel. Background in process enhancement, process implementation, and system optimization.
