Staff Accountant We are South and our client is looking for a Staff Accountant Eligibility & Application Candidates must reside in Latin America. Submit CV in English. Role Overview Dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client’s team full-time. Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and month-end reporting across several entities within the portfolio. Expertise in QuickBooks Online will be essential for maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and supporting smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records for multiple entities. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) in QuickBooks Online. Ensure all financial data is properly categorized and monthly closes are completed on time. Collaborate with CRM systems to log and reconcile financial transactions accurately. Conduct job costing and prepare clear, actionable financial reports for leadership. Requirements Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
