**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Cria e mantém planos de atividades ou ações específicas da conta estrategicamente direcionados que refletem uma compreensão profunda da dinâmica do território para a geração de demanda dos produtos da BU Doenças Raras.
- Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e outras no território, propondo ações e atuando com rapidez e eficácia.
- Promover e/ou participar de eventos relacionados aos produtos da BU doenças Raras.
- Gerencie com eficácia o tempo, os recursos e a carga de trabalho.
- Rastreia as atividades e envia relatórios sobre as atividades com precisão e pontualidade.
- Revisar e propor melhorias no quadro de médicos do Brasil, com foco na manutenção dos tratamentos oferecidos pelos produtos da BU de Doenças Raras.
- Desenvolver e manter um forte conhecimento clínico, técnico e científico aprofundado dos produtos que trabalha (indicações).
- Trabalhar com o mais alto grau de profissionalismo e de acordo com os valores, as políticas da empresa e, principalmente, o Código de Ética e Conduta Empresarial.
Construa relacionamentos de confiança com todas as partes interessadas internas e externas e interaja proativamente com equipes multifuncionais para refinar iniciativas relacionadas a produtos e doenças.
**Qualificações Essenciais**:
- Graduação (administração, marketing ou saúde).
- Necessário experiência como consultor de especialidades/alto custo na indústria farmacêutica.
- Experiência em vendas biotecnológicas/farmacêuticas e/ou geração de demanda (oncologia, hospitalar, imunologia, transplantes, etc.).
- Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) válida.
- Disponibilidade para viajar dentro do território regularmente
- Residência fixa no local sede da vaga (Capital ou Grande São Paulo)
Inglês nível intermediário.
