Job Description Supervise and manage operational teams, ensuring quality and service standards are met in areas such as kitchen, cleaning, security and maintenance. Oversee construction projects, maintenance, general services and inspections on campus, conducting follow‑ups and periodic contract analyses. Organise school events and field trips, coordinating logistics and ensuring the success of activities. Manage administrative processes such as petty cash control, invoice verification and monitoring employees’ timekeeping and other HR‑related matters. Required Skills & Ability Strong leadership skills and experience in managing operational teams. Excellent negotiation and contract‑management abilities. Proactive, organised and highly capable of planning and prioritising tasks. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and simultaneous demands. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments and teams. Commitment to quality and maintaining high standards of excellence in task execution.
