STR Automotive S.P.A., a company specialized for over 25 years in the production of bumpers, interior components, and exterior finishes for the automotive sector, with a distinctive focus on the luxury and supercar market, is expanding its workforce at the Pesaro and Borgo Santa Maria sites and is looking for 4: Qualifications Education : High school diploma, preferably with a technical background. Team management : Ability to lead and coordinate the production team, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with procedures. Process control : Monitor production efficiency, take action to resolve potential issues or machine downtime, and ensure deadlines are met. Quality and safety : Ensure that produced components meet the required automotive quality standards, work in compliance with safety regulations, and maintain order in the production area. Soft skills : Negotiation, time management, multitasking, teamwork orientation, and adaptability to changes and unforeseen circumstances. Workplace: Pesaro (PU).Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shift work (6:00/14:00 – 14:00/22:00 – 22:00/6:00).Contract: CCNL Gomma Plastica Industria.Salary and level will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience.
