STR Automotive S.P.A., a company specialized for over 25 years in the production of bumpers, interior components, and exterior finishes for the automotive sector, with a distinctive focus on the luxury and supercar market, is expanding its workforce at the Pesaro and Borgo Santa Maria sites and is looking for 4:QualificationsEducation: High school diploma, preferably with a technical background.Team management: Ability to lead and coordinate the production team, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with procedures.Process control: Monitor production efficiency, take action to resolve potential issues or machine downtime, and ensure deadlines are met.Quality and safety: Ensure that produced components meet the required automotive quality standards, work in compliance with safety regulations, and maintain order in the production area.Soft skills: Negotiation, time management, multitasking, teamwork orientation, and adaptability to changes and unforeseen circumstances.Workplace: Pesaro (PU).Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shift work (6:*****:*******:*****:*******:00/6:00).Contract: CCNL Gomma Plastica Industria.Salary and level will be defined based on the selected candidate's experience.A short cover letter referring to the position is appreciated.This job posting is open to all genders (pursuant to Legislative Decree ******** and subsequent amendments), and to candidates of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees ****** and ******.The curricula will be selected by the personnel office directed by Dr. Oriana Cuccu.#J-*****-Ljbffr
